If over 5,000 NY residents are affected, we will also notify consumer reporting agencies.

7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For example:
- Account and personal information is retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years afterward for tax and legal purposes.
